The customer journey rarely follows a straight line. A customer might discover your business, look at your reviews, seek advice from friends, receive an order, contact Support, renew a subscription and engage with your business many more times along the way.

Each interaction contributes to their experience with your brand. And each can represent an opportunity to listen, learn and build trust. That's why we're expanding our HubSpot integration with support for HubSpot workflows, giving businesses greater flexibility to automate review invitations at the moments that matter most throughout the customer journey.

From customer feedback to AI discovery

How customers discover and evaluate businesses is also changing. Traditional search is increasingly being joined by AI-powered discovery experiences that can synthesize information from across the web to help consumers evaluate businesses and make decisions.

That makes what customers say about your business increasingly valuable.

Reviews provide independent, third-party signals about customer experiences. Building a consistent body of customer feedback can help businesses establish a stronger presence wherever consumers research and evaluate brands, from traditional search and marketing channels to emerging AI-powered experiences.

Review collection that works within your customer journey

Trustpilot review collection can now be added as an action within a HubSpot workflow, allowing businesses to determine the customer moments that should trigger a Trustpilot service review invitation.

That could mean requesting feedback after:

  • An order has been delivered

  • A subscription is renewed

  • A customer completes onboarding

  • Any customer milestone you've defined in HubSpot

By embedding Trustpilot directly into HubSpot workflows, businesses can define the moments that are most relevant to their customers and automate review invitations accordingly.

Once configured, HubSpot manages the workflow and Trustpilot takes care of the invitation, reducing manual processes while helping businesses create a scalable approach to collecting feedback.

How Trustpilot for HubSpot workflows works

Getting started is simple:

  1. Connect your Trustpilot Business account with HubSpot, then create or open a workflow in HubSpot. When adding an action to the workflow, select Trustpilot and choose Trustpilot service review invitation.

  2. From there, determine the enrollment criteria that makes sense for your customer journey.

  3. When a customer meets those criteria and reaches the Trustpilot action in the workflow, a service review invitation is automatically triggered through Trustpilot.

No separate manual process and no need to collect reviews outside of your existing CRM workflows. This is review collection built directly into the way your business already works.
